WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • An item is only eligible for return within 20 calendar days of purchase 

  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.

  • If items are not in perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense

  • Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

  • The return process must be completed within 10 days after the return request or the return will not be honored

  • Camille's Closet can refuse to award a refund if items are not received within a reasonable time frame

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

  • Clearance items

  • Seasonal items (such as Christmas, Valentines Day Etc)

  • Customized items

Our Shipping Policy

We process our orders in 1-2 business days. Once the order has shipped, delivery can be expected in 3-9 business days. 

ORDER STATUS

  • Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through carrier tracking services.

  • Please email us with any questions or concerns you have with your order at info@shopcamilles.com

  • All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Camille's Closet 

    . Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Camille's Closet delivers these items to the carrier.

  • We at Camille's Closet are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
