WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
An item is only eligible for return within 20 calendar days of purchase
Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
If items are not in perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
The return process must be completed within 10 days after the return request or the return will not be honored
Camille's Closet can refuse to award a refund if items are not received within a reasonable time frame

We process our orders in 1-2 business days. Once the order has shipped, delivery can be expected in 3-9 business days.
ORDER STATUS
Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through carrier tracking services.

. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Camille's Closet delivers these items to the carrier.
We at Camille's Closet are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
